About

… and there … I will make the valley of trouble into a door of hope.” – Hosea 2:15

Door of Hope is a mission church located in Tallahassee, FL.

We are a Bible-believing, Christ-centered congregation in the Reformed tradition affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).  Our denomination is committed to the authority of Scripture and fulfilling the Great Commission. As part of the body of Jesus Christ, our purpose is to glorify God, tell others about Jesus Christ, support and encourage one another, teach the Bible and apply it to everyday life, and prepare men and women to serve others.

At Door of Hope (Hosea 2:14-15), our desire is to contextualize the message of grace and offer hope within the community God has given us. We do this primarily through the faithful preaching, teaching and practicing of God’s word. We also strive to serve the community as scripture instructs us as a means of practical application. Matthew 25, 28 & James 2

Mission

We are called by the God of all hope to celebrate Christ Jesus, to be nurtured in the gospel of grace, and to embrace South Tallahassee and the world with true hope (Christ).  Hosea 2:15
